The biggest step in any fitness programme is the first one – getting started. That’s why a key part of my approach is to make it as easy as possible for you to get going.

We begin with a free phone consultation of up to an hour. That way you can work out if I’m the right person for you. We also discuss costs – a big plus is that you’ll find that my fees are very affordable compared to other personal trainers.

for instance, do you want one session a week? Two? Or maybe three? There’s no right or wrong answer – it’s simply what works best for you.

Time of day

is again your choice. Many of my clients opt for a session after work, while some prefer an early start, and plenty of others choose lunchtime or other times. So we can schedule sessions for 6am or 9pm or any time in-between – it’s up to you.

I live in North East London, but my clients are as far apart as Hampstead, Hounslow, Barnet, Enfield, Heathrow, Elephant&Castle and Russell Square. Wherever you live in London, I’ll be happy to help.

I’ll motivate and point you in the right direction but also make you feel comfortable as I create bespoke workouts designed to meet your overall requirements. If the going gets tough, I’ll be there to help you dig deep and find the determination you need to persevere.

When it comes to nutrition, I’m not there to sell you unnecessary supplements or expensive branded foodstuffs as some trainers do. Instead, I offer practical guidance and nutrition programmes tailored to your needs, your lifestyle and your goals. I’ll also undertake any necessary research on nutrition or other needs at no extra cost.

After each session, I hand out a short handwritten thank you slip, together with notes on where we are and what happens next – so you’ll always be up to date with your development.

I have over two years of successful personal training experience, continuously working with clients from all walks of life with all sorts of health, fitness and wellbeing goals.

I also keep up to date with the latest developments in the fitness industry to ensure my training methods are up to date as well as effective and enjoyable.

As you’ll see from My Approach, I’m very supportive and extremely flexible. Before moving into professional fitness, my career was in high end retail – so I appreciate the importance of good service.

But I also understand the concept of value. I’m still relatively young, and, while I have all the qualifications and some experience, I don’t have decades behind me in this field, as some trainers do. Then again, I don’t have expensive premises to maintain or brand names to sell either. And for me, helping you succeed is a reward in itself.

That’s why you’ll find my fees much less than most others charge. I also bring all the necessary equipment with me when I visit you. So in effect, you have gym membership and a personal trainer, all in one.

Working with me can therefore actually be cheaper than joining a gym (and much better than a rarely-used and ineffective gym membership, as so many are).
